A uniform application of asphalt emulsion applied to a prepared surface followed by a layer of aggregate cover. It is then compacted providing an economical all-weather surface for light to medium traffic.
This process can be repeated in layers with different sized aggregates and even covered with a slurry / micro for a cape seal.
